Patient Care Coordinator II

Under the direction of the Patient Care Supervisor, the Patient Coordinator II will greet, check-in and assist patients efficiently by scheduling appointments, requesting referral authorizations, and return medical follow-ups as needed by the medical providers.

Psychiatrist

Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Psychiatrist serves as a member of our Behavioral Health Team that includes psychiatrists, psychotherapists and addiction counselors, who work as part of a larger group of medical and dental providers and case managers. The psychiatrist will provide initial psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for our patients. She/he will also provide consultation as needed to other medical providers, nursing staff and case managers.

Program Assistant

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Home Care Services, the Program Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring that Home Care reimbursement is received for services provided to our clients. Accountable for efficient billing, collections operations and effective accounts receivable management. Additionally this role will provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Home Care.

The Associate Director of Community Health oversees and is responsible for program planning, hire, supervision and quality management for health education and community health interventions. Directly oversees and supervises the Community Education and Intervention Manager regarding all aspects of PrEP navigation and HIV testing programs. In partnership with the Director, collects and analyzes county, regional and state epidemiological reports and Desert AIDS Project epidemiological data. Identifies trends and helps in targeting interventions to epidemics.
