Job Title: Financial Analyst
Working under the direction of Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the organization, its programs, its grants, its departments, and other operating segments as well as the compilation of their related budgets. In addition, the Financial Analyst will maintain all dashboard reporting and communication tools for the Agency. All of these practices combined will assist the CFO in keeping the Agency informed with actionable insights to provide an effective foundation for further dialogue.

Working Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in an office setting and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking. Ability to lift up to 24 pounds. No direct patient contact under normal circumstances is required. No exposure involvement to blood, body fluids, non-intact skin or tissue specimens required. Access to patient protected health information may be required.
